Maybe it’s the time I spent managing projects back in the day I had a proper job. But one thing that I’ve noticed a lot of small film productions have problems with is scheduling. The number of sets I’ve been on when people are panicking, or running round like headless chickens (if you’ve never seen this you’re missing out) is staggering. It’s a real shame because I can’t see how you can do your best work if you’re making it up as you go along. But then I don’t really know anything.
